PPO offers you the opportunity to learn from some of best talented professionals in the photography profession in our state and the world, and learn about the newest in technology and sharpen your photography knowledge and develop long lasting friendships.

If you are a dues paying member of Professional Photographers of Oklahoma, Inc, you are automatically a member of SWPPA.  Southwestern Professional Photographers Association a five state region which holds print competition and can receive print merits toward your Masters Degree awarded by PPA

PPA dues are separate from PPO dues, but if you are a dues paying member of PPA, you may receive print merits toward your Masters Degree awarded by PPA through competing at the regional or national level. At PPO you will receive trophies and Fellowship Points

WHAT PPO IS ABOUT

Each year, PPO hosts a four day Convention.  Nationally known professional photographers are brought in to share their expertise on about every subject known to photography related topics.

A Trade Show, during the Convention, enables you to see professional color labs, photographic equipment, and photographic supplies and props all in one place.

The annual Print Competition offers you a chance to see how your best work stacks up against that of your peers and gives you the opportunity to gain honor and awards for your achievements. 

The PPO Convention is also a place to make friends with photographic backgrounds.   Visiting with photographers, listening to how problems are solved on a daily basis and finding out what makes each one successful can be very educational
